    Change of mind

    Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear. If you item arrives faulty or not as described, you’re covered under NZ consumer law - see our Returns and Refund Policy for how to request a replacement, repair, or refund.

    If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

    • A description of the issue

    • Photos (if applicable)

  • Processing times: Orders are processed within 1 business day.

    Shipping: We currently ship within New Zealand only. Standard shipping: 1–5 business days

    Flat rate: $8.00 Free shipping on orders over $60
