Yes! Many customers wear Bleed Bold daily for light bladder leaks, discharge, ovulation spotting, or simply for extra peace of mind on long days. They’re soft and comfortable enough for everyday use.

Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs clear (the shower works really well for this). Then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Avoid fabric softener, bleach, and tumble drying — hang them to dry in the shade instead. Proper care helps them last 1–2 years.

Use our size chart based on your regular underwear size. For the most comfortable and secure fit (especially on heavier days), we recommend sizing up. If you’re between sizes, go for the larger one.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on underwear once the seal has been opened or the product has been worn. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll make it right.
