How to Measure: Hips — Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips/bum.

Waist — Measure around your natural waistline (narrowest part).

Mid Rise Brief and Boy Short: We recommend sizing up for the best fit and full gusset coverage, especially on heavier flow days.
